You need a strong sense of determination and clarity to be happy, if you are waiting for the situation and people to change for you to be happy let me tell you that time is never coming! it can give you unrealistic optimistic hopes but can't make you happy, the irony in today's world is that most of us who are suffering know the root cause of suffering but we are too indecisive to act. To end this suffering, Meditation can help you it will help you to unlearn and decondition your mind to learn new practices and reflect on your own thoughts and values and embrace them.  But hey what is meditation and why we should do it?  We have read and heard many definitions of Gratitude but experiencing it to the core requires consciousness. How many times we say THANK-YOU, without taking a moment to actually recognize it, real gratitude is a conscious, positive emotion one can feel and express while feeling deeply thankful about something or someone. It's an affirmation of goodness. We affirm that there is goodness in this world in people and things and we truly appreciate and care about it. Gratitude implies much more than showing good manners and saying good words it is more about recognizing deeds and showing how you feel and making them feel. It sparks a light of joy in your life. How perfectionism is stopping us from building new habits !

  It often happens to us, we decide to transform our life and decide to build new habits of - waking up early, eating healthy, working out daily, daily 6 hours of studying, reading, writing, skating, learning a new craft, etc. And we get all excited and optimistic and start making plans and generating ideas on how to do it perfectly and accurately. Ah, this is such a hopeful time and everything seems so dreamy, unfortunately, reality has some other plans! Our perfect idea of how our perfect habit will go is pretty much never how it actually goes, but why? we have everything planned, we have even manifested and imagined it, and we have even done the calculation. We might do really well for a few days or even a couple of weeks, but inevitably we stop! we will miss a day or two because of tiredness, sickness, some urgent work, visitors, well there can be various reasons to stop.  Then, as a result of our expectation that everything will turn out exactly as we had planned and ...

From where you get your sense of Self-Worth!

 So much of our difficulties can be solved with a sense of SELF-WORTH - from taking care of oneself by building good habits to how we are in relationships with people and society to how much confidence we have in our workplace.  think about your biggest difficulty.... how many of them could be resolved if you have unshakable confidence and belief in your self-worth? if you feel whole, complete, and incredibly self-worthy? you could create and put your creation out into the world and market it to others, you could open a new business or start a new organization or send cold emails for the job you want or could feel secure in your body, you could speak confidently in public express your ideas there, fight for the things you care about, set boundaries, work for the life you want, express your need and take care of yourself and stand for yourself. Your insecurities do not define you, You do !

  In this capitalistic world, materialistic gain does not guarantee your happiness, it comes from inside beneath your skin. In today's world, everyone is familiar with the terms insecurities, existential crises, and self-doubt which are affecting our personal and professional life awfully.  What is Insecurity? the answer is lack of self-confidence, comparing ourselves to others, trust issues, fear of failure, all these and many more reasons make us insecure.  This pain has affected everyone at some point in their life even the successful people who we see as our inspiration had faced some level of discomfort in their life in the past but they overcame it and embrace it in such a way that it becomes their identity, which clearly shows that nothing and no one in this world is perfect not even your favorite person, even then you love them than why don't you love yourself that way? And I guess we all are insecure with someone or something in our lives we all have our weakness...
