Your insecurities do not define you, You do !

 In this capitalistic world, materialistic gain does not guarantee your happiness, it comes from inside beneath your skin. In today's world, everyone is familiar with the terms insecurities, existential crises, and self-doubt which are affecting our personal and professional life awfully. What is Insecurity? the answer is lack of self-confidence, comparing ourselves to others, trust issues, fear of failure, all these and many more reasons make us insecure. 

This pain has affected everyone at some point in their life even the successful people who we see as our inspiration had faced some level of discomfort in their life in the past but they overcame it and embrace it in such a way that it becomes their identity, which clearly shows that nothing and no one in this world is perfect not even your favorite person, even then you love them than why don't you love yourself that way?

And I guess we all are insecure with someone or something in our lives we all have our weaknesses. what are your weaknesses? have you ever thought of them? and have you ever thought of turning them into your strength or ever tried to overcome them?

Let me help you fight them through these practices:-

 1) Start accepting, yourself as you are, your body, your mind, your flaws even your insecurities, and people as they are, stop questioning and start accepting the things and situations as they are you can't control everything.

2)Reflect, and analyze your insecurities how and from where does it arise what is the root of their birth. if there is any bad past memory, allow it to let go of your mind; if there is any future expectation, then work for it.

3) Own your life own your happiness, don't depend on others to make you happy do it for yourself, enjoy other people's company but don't depend on them.

4) Seek spirituality

5) Have a routine, fix a sleeping schedule, eat healthy, work out daily, meditate, and journal your emotions and feelings, small achievements on daily basis make a big difference.  

6) Be grateful

7) Find your life purpose, do the SWOT analysis find your Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats(fears)  this will give you clarity and it will help you in finding your life purpose worth living for don't copy it from others be brave and decide it for yourself, and work for it.

8) Adopt a positive mindset, and look for an opportunity for growth and improvement in adversity it will make you strong.

9) Social media detox, what we see on social media is not all true so stop looking for perfection in other people's life, social media is meant for entertainment and connectivity not for comparing and criticizing.

10) Good company, surround yourselves with like-minded and optimistic people who will bring out the best in you, and declutter the people and things that are no longer serving any purpose.

Lastly, IT IS OK TO BE INSECURE - being insecure about something and someone shows that you actually care for that thing or person, but if it bothers you 24*7 that please use above stated practices it can help you gain confidence and positivity in your life and will make you strong enough to face the challenges and remember we all are work in progress.
