Little Things are not Little!

As we come to the end of this year, it's the right time to look back and reflect and realize that "The little things in life; were the big things.” Throughout the day or week, your routine is most likely set and the little things happening during that time are the ones that are making a difference. Little things give hope and strength for doing more and doing better it builds trust in you and other people.

Notice the little things around. Notice the small things that give you happiness, even if it is a minute short. If something makes your soul smile, note it and make sure you include it as part of your routine.

Life is made up of moments and if you can collect these moments you will never feel alone. When there are days when nothing seems right and everything seems messy. The work, the relationships, the mind everything seems difficult and hard. On these days you need to bring in the things that would require no effort to give you some strength to go through these days. The magic of starting to focus on these little things is that you will gradually shift your thoughts from what is missing in your life to what is there. It will create a little positive loop in your brain feeding you with motivation and energy. You will start to create your own happiness bit by bit you will notice that you are happier and have gratitude and respect for everything and every person you have in your life. Your relationship with yourself and with others will start to improve, and you will find yourself more close and comfortable with them. 

Nowadays people are chasing big things higher things of higher value all that is good and important too but meanwhile, we are okay to overlook our little things which are the pathway to reaching that big goal and every big destination is reached by taking small steps. 

The good news is little things need little effort only so you don't have to worry much just a little more conscious effort is needed before doing anything, for me, my little things are:-

  • Weekly skincare, and haircare routine.
  • Meditation, Journal, Workout schedule.
  • Remembering details of people I say are important.
  • Giving hugs and receiving hugs.
  • Dancing on my 'Grove it baby' playlist.
  • Listening to music according to my mood.
  • Doing Calligraphy.
  • Reading books, novels, journals, articles
  • Writing these blogs.
  • Writing handwritten notes.
  • Making heartly conversation on every small and big topic.
  • Eating good one-pot meals and having Chai.
  • Playing with my Tortoise.
  • Planting and gardening, spending time in greens.
  • Having a routine, a good day with all my things done on time.
  • Scooty and car rides.
and many more I am sure everyone has their own little things list some acknowledge them some are just unaware of them every relationship has there own equation, your relationship with your parents, cousins, friends, relatives, and partners are all different from each other so follow them differently too.

The last day of this year is a good day to think about all the small blessings we have, Appreciate, Acknowledge and Improve them.
