Feeling Overwhelmed, Simplify it.

We have often heard people saying that they are feeling overwhelmed, but what does this actually mean? Google defined feeling overwhelming means- " if you are overwhelmed by a feeling or event, it affects you very strongly, and you do not know how to deal with it." The feeling of being overwhelmed is very common in people, it is the default state in most of us. We are overwhelmed by it all: all the things we have on our plates, all the things we have on our plates all interruptions and messages, emails all the things online and on social media news and chaos of the world, and all the things going on in our relationships.  It's a lot! The problem isn't the abundance, but our fear and anxiety about all of it. Actually, for most of us, the fear is that we will let people down. We will one of the many balls we have in the air and let people down, or worse we will drop them all and we will be exposed as inadequate! We all know the common phrase,  “The only constant is change.”   When our lives change in a way that seems positive, like getting a great new job, it’s natural to conjure up gratitude. Inevitably, life throws a curveball, and without warning, the entire landscape of our lives can change. An unexpected and unwanted change may be especially unsettling, as the unpredictability removes illusions of control. It’s far more difficult to feel blessed and grateful during an unwanted relationship, career change, death, or even some larger upending of the life we thought we had. The period of clinging to the past and resisting change is most likely where most of our discomfort and suffering occurs . W e often find ourselves stuck in some negative emotions, and at that time the worst advice is to stay positive and think positive because we know this but it is hard to follow our friends and family always suggest looking at the good part ignore the bad stuff but at the time we are so high on our negative emotions that all these suggestions, advice go in vain. So let's just accept that negative and positive will be a part of our life forever it is our side to look at which side but that doesn't mean the other side is gone it will be always there, so as much as we want positivity in our life negativity will there too because without it you can't understand the value of staying positive, active, happy opposites are necessary to make you feel the importance of the other side.
