We have often heard people saying that they are feeling overwhelmed, but what does this actually mean? Google defined feeling overwhelming means- " if you are overwhelmed by a feeling or event, it affects you very strongly, and you do not know how to deal with it." The feeling of being overwhelmed is very common in people, it is the default state in most of us. We are overwhelmed by it all: all the things we have on our plates, all the things we have on our plates all interruptions and messages, emails all the things online and on social media news and chaos of the world, and all the things going on in our relationships. It's a lot! The problem isn't the abundance, but our fear and anxiety about all of it. Actually, for most of us, the fear is that we will let people down.
